EFFECTIVE ALGORITHMS FOR MANAGING EVACUATION ROUTES IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Abstract

This article examines the organization of population evacuation to safe areas during emergency situations. Particular attention is paid to the development of effective algorithms for managing evacuation routes, rational use of transport and infrastructure resources, and improving coordination among the entities of the State System for Emergency Prevention and Response. The study also analyzes the application of digital monitoring tools, geographic information systems (GIS), and intelligent decision-support models to enhance the efficiency of evacuation route management.
