This article explores the synergy between environmental studies and political geography education, aiming to enhance students' understanding of the complex interactions between political systems and the environment. Using a qualitative research design, the study examines the effects of integrating environmental knowledge into political geography courses. The findings reveal the potential of this interdisciplinary approach to facilitate a more comprehensive and contextual understanding of political phenomena within a broader ecological framework
