Abstract

The article examines the legal aspects of digitalising prosecutorial supervision over the enforcement of legislation on combating forced labour. Drawing on international indices and 2021–2025 prosecution statistics, it identifies a gap between digital capacity and legal outcome, and proposes a two-stage supervision model, an integration mechanism for the “Enazorat” system, and effectiveness indicators.
