Abstract

This paper presents an expanded Z Education model for integrating information technology with clinical disciplines in medical universities in Uzbekistan. This model is based on an analysis of national regulatory documents, domestic empirical data, and international research in the field of digital competencies, simulation and mobile learning, and the use of artificial intelligence. The key challenges identified include low student self-efficacy in the online environment, insufficient engagement, and a gap between digital tools and clinical practice. Simulations, mobile learning, and structured feedback have also been shown to be effective. A multi-level Z Education model is proposed, including basic, integrated, and advanced stages, clinical and digital cases, simulations with objective assessment, and the regulated use of AI. The practical significance of this model lies in its applicability for updating curricula and assessing digital and clinical competencies
