Abstract

The article is dedicated to the topic “Blood disease – the impact of anemia on health” and provides an in-depth analysis of the causes, types, symptoms, and development mechanisms of anemia. The study also details the diagnosis and treatment methods for anemia, including iron and vitamin supplements, blood transfusions, and bone marrow transplantation. Furthermore, special attention is given to preventive measures: proper nutrition, regular physical activity, and medical monitoring are highlighted as effective tools against the development of anemia
