Abstract

Polytrauma is a generalizing concept, meaning that the patient has several traumatic injuries at the same time. Polytrauma is the simultaneous or almost simultaneous occurrence of two or more traumatic injuries, each of which requires specialized treatment. In this article highlights of individual approach to the treatment of patients with polytrauma.
