Abstract

The article is devoted to an important clinical topic - the etiological diagnosis of acute tonsillopharyngitis in children, where the key aspect is the differential diagnosis between viral etiology and beta-hemolytic streptococcus group A, in order to prevent unjustified prescribing of antibiotics.
